Construction Guarantee
Ocean View Resort has contracted a well known and respected construction
company based on the island of Sao Vicente. All stages of construction are inspected
by an independent outside engineer who at each stage will issue a certificate of
satisfaction to the Bank.
The Bank in turn will then forward on to the construction
company the next stage of payment when this certificate has been received by them.
