Also, the ‘all year round’ hot sunshine climate including fabulous temperatures during the European winter and no need for inoculations can be quite an attraction. Flights from the UK are on 5 ½ hours. International Airport shortly to open with World attractions such as Nikki Beach 5 star resort, and Ernie Els World Championship PGA Golf courses also will add prestige to the area.

The Townhouses are very well located only a few minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes from the colonial Port of Mindelo. Our 3 bedroom Townhouse will offer spacious rooms throughout including 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as a 3rd bathroom downstairs. Each Townhouse will have share of the infinity swimming pool boasting one of the most breath taking views over the Baia Das Gatas. Quality furniture packages are available and an optional roof terrace Jacuzzi with ocean views, and a solar panel water heating system. All our Townhouses are freehold. Luxury is what we do best!

What happens if I want to view one of the Luxury Townhouses?
We can arrange for you to stay at the Porto Grande Hotel in Sao Vicente with a 25% discount on your accommodation. Our Cape Verdean Representatives Belinda and Immanuel will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. They will then arrange a convenient time to take you to the development and show you around the resort. Should you wish to make a purchase we will reimburse 2 adults hotel room only and flight fees.

I’ve made a purchase and would like to know what construction stage my property is at?
For your latest development news you can log onto your account by entering your details into the account login section at the top of the web page. There you will see your personal account displaying exactly what stage your property has reached so far, and when any payments should be due.

How do I make a reservation?
Please call us on +44 (0) 208 517 8856 to make a reservation. You will need to deposit €3000 with us so we can take your property off the market.
