Payment Options

There are 2 methods of payment available for our Townhouse buyers after the initial €3000 reservation fee.
 
  • 50% on the signing of promissory contract (This payment is due 4 to 6 weeks after the reservation booking has been made)
    50% on completion 12 months later.


  • 20% on signing of promissory contract. (This payment is due 4 to 6 weeks after the reservation booking has been made)
    30% 3 months after signing promissory contract.
    30% 6 months after signing promissory contract.
    20% on completion

50% mortgage option is available on an Ocean View Resort Townhouse.
