Rental Guarantees
If you purchase a property through Ocean View Resort, we may be
able to offer you a 1 year fixed rental guarantee of 5% per annum!!
If you choose
to use our rental guarantee scheme, we would require that the property be furnished.
You will be able to use the property for your own personal use of 5 weeks during
the year. However, we would require 6 months notice for the 5 weeks you wish to
choose.
