Timescales
The construction of the Ocean View Resort development will
be in 4 phases over a 4 year period.
Phase 1 - The building
of 15 Townhouses and 1st Infinity Swimming Pool will commence in November 2010.
Phase 2 – The building
of 9 Townhouses.
Phase 3 – The building of 24 townhouses and 2nd Infinity Swimming Pool.
Phase 4 – The final stage of building
the last 24 Townhouses and 3rd Infinity Swimming Pool.
